SPONSORSHIP NORMS 

Facilities to Lead Sponsors (Rs 10 Lacs)

1. Name and logo will be displayed prominently on the conference Backdrop throughout the conference.
2. Name and logo will be displayed on the website of the Conference.
3. A 40 minute slot will be provided in the session just after Inaugural Function.
4. Publicity material, either printed or on CD, provided by the sponsors will be included in the conference kit/docket.
5. A full page 4-color advertisement of each of the lead sponsors will be included in the Souvenir.
6. A link to the website of sponsor will be provided by the website of TAI Rajasthan/Conference website.
7. Two persons to be nominated by the sponsor will be included as the guest delegates in the conference. 

Facilities to Co-Sponsors (Rs 5 Lacs)

1. Name and logo will be displayed prominently on the conference Backdrop throughout the conference.
2. Name and logo will be displayed on the website of the Conference.
3. A 25 minute slot will be provided in the session on first day of the conference.
4. A full page 4-color advertisement of each of the co-sponsors will be included in the Souvenir.
5. One person to be nominated by the sponsor will be included as the guest delegate in the conference.

Facilities to Associate Sponsors (Rs 2.5 Lac)

1. Logo/Banner will be displayed at the time of Lunch / Dinner / High Tea for the sponsor.
2. Depending upon the quality of Topic, preference may be given for a 15 minutes presentation.
3. A Full-page 2-color advertisement of each of the sponsors will be included in the Souvenir.

LUNCH / DINNER SPONSORS (2.0 Lacs):  Name and Logo will be displayed at the Coupons and the Venue of Lunch/Dinner.

HIGH TEA (1.25 Lacs):  Name and Logo will be displayed at the Coupons and the Venue of High Tea.

TEA (0.75 Lacs):  Name and Logo will be displayed at the Coupons and the Venue of Tea.
