Eligibility of Membership
Life/ Patron/ Life to Patron Membership Application
  1. The Life / Patron / Life to Patron Membership of the Association shall be open to those falling under one or more of the following categories:
    1. Those   employed   in   Supervisory   or   Administrative   capacities   in  Textile  Mills, Those  employed  in Manufacturing  of Textile  Machinery, Textile, Fibres, Dyes, Chemicals and Auxiliaries connected with Textile industry having a minimum qualification of graduation.
    2. Those employed on the technical or administrative staff of any recognized textile technological or research institute or Laboratory.
    3. Those working as Journalists of Textile or Technological Subjects and Connected with some periodical publications on these subjects.
    4. Those who have PASSED ATA-Part 1 examination or who are allowed to appear for ATA- Part 2 examination.
    5. All those qualified in Textile Technology.
    6. Those who had worked at some time or other in the past in any one of the capacities enumerated in (1.1) or (1.2) above.
  2. The Governing Council will determine from time to time as to whom to be considered as qualified in Textile Technology, entitled for membership.
  3. Membership fee is not refundable / adjustable / transferable. However membership is transferable from one unit to another unit on member request.
  4. Membership fee should be paid by cheque / DD in favour of the Textile Association (India)_____________ Unit.
  5. 2 photos of stamp size 20*25 mm should be sent along with the application.
